Russia-Ukraine War (Times Of Ocean)- Russia is accused of committing a “monstrous” war crime by firing a ballistic missile at a crowded train station in Kramatorsk, Ukraine, killing at least 50 people, including four children.

On Friday, a powerful Tochka-U rocket landed outside the main station building where 4,000 people were waiting to be evacuated. Residents were urged to leave the region before a military assault expected next week. war crime

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the governor of Donetsk Oblast, said that 87 people were wounded in the strike. Several people lost limbs. The medical workers at the city’s hospital are struggling to deal with a large number of critically ill patients, Kyrylenko said.

The governor said Russia had used cluster munitions, and its goal was to “sow panic and fear” and to kill as many civilians as possible. “The enemy knew that this is a city, that this is a crowd of people, this is a railway station,” he said.

Dmytro Kuleba, the Ukrainian foreign minister, accused Moscow of “murderous deliberate slaughter” and promised to bring each war criminal to justice.
