The head of the Russian delegation at peace talks with Ukraine says presidents of two countries may meet when a draft peace treaty is approved.
Russia also has pledged to reduce military activities in Kyiv, the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv after the latest round of Russian-Ukrainian peace talks in Istanbul.
